Di-Way Courier & Logistics only grants use and access to this website and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

Age restriction

Storage Fee

Customers with packages uncollected over 21 days will attract a storage fee of $100 JMD per day

Mandatory Invoice Submission

An invoice is a MUST! This is used to declare to Jamaica Customs the value of each package entering the country. Please note also if you send a false invoice, you will be liable for any breach. Also, non-submission of invoices will force Customs to use market values which will not be adjusted after clearing goods for them, and there will be unavoidable Customs delays.

Clearance Delayed

Once we are experiencing delays, an email or a call will always be made to update you accordingly.

Disclaimer

Di-Way Courier will not be liable for packages that do not bear our ID tag [Di-Way Courier] beside any customer name, as was instructed via our welcome email.

Customs Fee

Please note that customs charges are on items $50 USD or more. Additionally, customs charges will be applied to any commercialised cargo that is 6 items or more.

Intellectual property

You agree that all materials and services provided on this website are the property of Di-Way Courier & Logistics, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors, including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the Di-Way Courier’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.

You grant Di-Way Courier & Logistics a royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

Di-Way Courier & Logistics will not be held liable for packages that are reported lost, destroyed by fire, flood or theft.

Di-Way Courier & Logistics reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Di-Way Courier & Logistics and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
